Hema Malini is set to play Vijayaraje Scindia, Rajmata of Gwalior in Ek Thi Rani Aisi Bhi to be directed by Gulbahar Singh and produced by Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Smriti Nyas.
This will be Hema's second historical biographical role since Razia Sultan in Kamaal Amrohi's film by the same name, 30 years ago.
