Afzal Khan and Kiran Hundal, who helped the Mumbai police bust a drug-fuelled party at Bombay 72 Degrees East' pub at Juhu on Sunday night, run an NGO called Adarsh Samaj Sevak Sangh, which is engaged in busting parties where drugs and other banned substances are sold to youngsters.
