To make Mumbai a better place to live in, it is imperative to have a good partnership between citizens and the concerned civic authorities. It is crucial to have the responsibility of citizen’s duty and accountability of the authority. It should not always be one versus the other; on the contrary both should work in tandem to resolve issues such as cleanliness, transport, etc.
