The sultry Lara and hot hunk Dino might not admit to their affair, but the sweet little things they do for each other tell us all.
The duo were recently spotted at Four Seasons hotel.
Dino Morea was carrying a water-bottle just in case Lara or any of their friends (do they still have any?) felt thirsty.
