A year after he bought the sprawling 8,998 sq ft plot in Bandra's Perry Cross Road area, Sachin Tendulkar has finally got a plan for his dream house.
Needless to say, the four-storey house will be as grand as the innings he plays. Among other things, it will have a huge parking area (there were six cars at last count), spacious guest rooms and a swimming pool on the top floor.
