BMW expose: HC rues dangerous trend

The Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court has reacted sharply to the NDTV expose in the BMW case. The Chief Justice took suo moto cognisance of the broadcast. In other words, the court stepped in on its own and called the expose a serious matter, one that points to a ''dangerous trend in the criminal justice system''.
