High alert in Tamil Nadu after terror threat to temples

NEW DELHI: A high alert has been sounded in Tamil Nadu after a specific terror threat to major temples in the state, according to TV channel Times Now. ( Watch )
The Tamil Nadu ADGP said information on the security threat came from central intelligence agencies.
The alert was sounded after police received intelligence that the terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba was planning strikes in the state
