MUMBAI: Maharashtra Navnirman Sena leader Raj Thackeray’s fresh tirade against north Indians has provoked a chorus of demands for his immediate arrest. State deputy chief minister R R Patil, who is incharge of the home ministry, said on Sunday that the police department was "closely studying" the video of the controversial speech.
