'Watt warriors' to save MCD bill

NEW DELHi: In order to slash their electricity bill on streetlights, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) is planning to install power-saving devices known as "watt warriors". The devices will be put up along Shaheed Bhagat Singh Park as part of a pilot project
