MUMBAI/NEW DELHI: The state government is readying to arrest Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) president Raj Thackeray on the charge of inciting violence and hatred even as the attacks on north Indians in Mumbai figured at Thursday’s meeting of the Union cabinet.
