Court issues notice to Meghalaya govt on twin firing case

The Gauhati High Court has issued a notice to the Meghalaya government asking what action has been taken against the security personnel involved in twin firing incidents at Tura and Williamnagar in Garo hills that killed nine persons in September, 2005.
