Australia thrashed India by 337 runs in the first Test on the fourth day at the Melbourne Cricket Ground Saturday.
India, chasing 499 runs for victory, were bundled out for 161 and give Australia a 1-0 lead in the four-Test Border-Gavaskar Trophy series.
