Captain Mahela Jayawardene surpassed Aravinda de Silva to become Sri Lanka's leading test century maker Wednesday as he took the hosts to a strong position at stumps on day two of the decisive third cricket Test against England. Jayawardene, playing in his 93rd test, scored his 21st hundred to surpass the retired De Silva's 20 centuries.
