Rolta gains 4.5% on bonus issue

Following an announcement of the board of Directors of Rolta that they would meet on October 22 to mull a bonus issue, the share price of the company rose by over 4.5% to Rs606. The Rolta scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs643 and a low of Rs591 and has recorded volumes of over 4,00,000 shares on NSE.
