Markets in the red, lose previous gains

The markets have fallen sharply and lost all their previous gains amidst selling pressure in the index heavyweights like ICICI Bank, L&T, Reliance Industries and SBI. The indices in the key sectors are all in the red, except the IT index which has added 0.36%. At 11:03 am (IST), the BSE 30-share Sensex slipped 305 points to 17,485 and NSE Nifty lost 102 points at 5,083.
