PM to visit Russia in November

The Kremlin press service has announced that the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will visit Russia in November. The Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a telephonic conversation discussed details of the visit with Singh and also wished the Indian Premier on the occassion of his birthday.
