India, China kick off border talks : Beijing

Prior to the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's visit to Beijing later this year, a round of talks have been kicked off at Beijing by special representatives of India and China to resolve the contentious boundary dispute that has dogged the two nations since the last forty years.
