IPL not a counter to ICL : Kapil

The former Indian captain and Chairman of the Indian Cricket League (ICL), Kapil Dev denied that the BCCI's recently launched Indian Premier League was a counter to the ICL. At a press conference, Kapil Dev initially refused to comment on the BCCI's IPL, however he later said, "It is good for the country and cricket. Good luck to all."
