A Frenchman, Alain Robert alias "Human Spiderman" climbs some of the world's tallest buildings without safety ropes. He scaled an uncompleted skyscraper in Moscow on Tuesday. Alain Robert has been arrested and fined more than 100 times for climbing skyscrapers around the world but on Tuesday Moscow's police released him after they had checked his identification papers were in order.
