The US President George W. Bush along with the Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and national security adviser Steven Hadley paid a surprise visit to Iraq on Monday. The visit came just a week prior to his top officials in Baghdad presenting a pivotal testimony to the Congress that could influence future policy on the war.
