Interpol's help sought to verify Hamza's arrest

The Indian government is attempting to verify reports about the arrest of Huji leader Mohammad Sharifuddin alias Abu Hamza in Bangladesh. Hamza is reportedly one of the masterminds behind the Mecca Masjid attack and the recent twin blasts in Hyderabad. The CBI is seeking the Interpol's help to try and establish the identity of a terror operative arrested by the Dhaka police last week.
