Another revolution is underway in Punjab and it definitely is not green in colour. The state which benefited in the 60's and 70's due to the green revolution is now seeing a telecommunications revolution with every second resident having a telephone either a mobile or a landline.The tele-density of Punjab at 46 per cent is more than double the national average of 20 per cent.
