The Asian markets were a mixed bag on Monday with the Japanese stocks falling after the government reported an unexpected drop in corporate investment and the steepest slide in wages in three years.The Nikkei in Tokyo was down 95 points at 16,473 while Hong Kong's Hang Seng was down 153 points at 23,830. Singapore's Straits Times was up 4 points at 3396 and the Kospi in Seoul gained 2 points at
