Victim's father files charges against Pandher : Nithari Case

Nand Lal, the father of Payal, a victim of the Nithari serial killing case has moved an application seeking that Moninder Singh Pandher, the main accused be charged for rape and murder also. Lal's advocate has sought that Pandher be charged under section 302(murder), 376 (rape) with 120B (criminal conspiracy) of IPC.
