Court to decide on Haneef's appeal for visa reinstatement

Indian doctor Mohamed Haneef's appeal to have his work visa reinstated will be decided by an Australian court on Tuesday. Haneef who had spent 25 days in detention in Australia in connection with the UK terror attack, has stated he wants to return to Australia to continue his physician training.
