Congress launches 'one booth, five youth' plan : Gujarat

The Congress party has come up with an extensive booth management strategy for the Gujarat state polls which will be held by the end of the year. The programme is titled "One Booth, Five Youth". Booth management will be an important feature of the Congress' plan to capture power in Gujarat.
