CBI director blames Jaitley : Quattrocchi Case

In connection with the release of Ottavio Quattrocchi, the CBI director, Vijay Shankar said that the Bharatiya Janata Party leader Arun Jaitley and his predecessors in the agency are to blame for building a weak case against Quattrocchi, who is the main accused in the Bofors arms scam.
