Bharti Airtel plunges over 6.5%

The share prices of Bharti Airtel has plunged by over 6.5% to Rs800. The country's largest mobile- phone operator announced that it plans to spend $200mn in the next five years in Sri Lanka to tap users of South Asia's first high-speed wireless network.The Bharti Airtel scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs831 and a low of Rs795.
