The Congress Member of Parliament from Mumbai, Govinda failed to turn up to vote in the vice-presidential election. The actor-turned-politician informed the Parliamentary Affairs Minister Priyaranjan Dasmunsi that he could not vote after he got injured in a fracas in Mumbai.
