'Howard seen as old, dishonest' : Leaked Report

A leaked party dossier in which the Australian Prime Minister John Howard is seen as old and dishonest by the voters, has embarrassed Howard and his conservative Liberal Party. Howard admitted that his party was lagging behind in the opinion polls with an election due by the end of the year, but said he beleived that their position has improved.
