The Congress President, Sonia Gandhi has asked the Delhi state ministers to explain their role in the Ashok Malhotra land-scam case. Malhotra, who runs a canteen in the Delhi Assembly, is allegedly the 'kingpin' of a multi-crore land-scam case.
