Sorabjee defends Dutt's sentencing, says its justified

Soli J Sorabjee, a renowned jurist, has justified the six years jail sentence given to film star Sanjay Dutt, dismissing suggestions that the judge was "misdirected" or "miscarried" in sentencing Sanjay to six years. Soli justified Judge Kode's sentence, claiming "he didn't have a toy gun, he didn't have a airgun, this is a serious offence...".
