Taliban wants neutral venue for hostage talks

The Taliban demanded a neutral venue to hold talks with South Korea over the fate of 21 hostages they are threatening to kill. The militants are prepared tosit across the table and negotiate with the South Koreans but have refused to hold talks in government-controlled territory.
