The CBI raid on the residential premises of Delhi assembly canteen contractor Ashok Malhotra is turning out to be a major issue which could turn the tide against Delhi CM Sheila Dikshit. Malhotra's connection with the Delhi assembly could lay the Dikshit government open to charges of collusion. The opposition has demanded that Dikshit should resign on grounds of moral responsibility.
