Media mogul, Rupert Murdoch's News Corp is all set to purchase Dow Jones and Co, the publishers of the 'Wall Street Journal', for USD 5 billion. Murdoch's dream of running the esteemed WSJ will finally be a reality as he now has enough support from the Bancroft family, which owns the company, to win the controlling interest in a vote by shareholders expected later this year.
