The US Democratic Presidential candidate, Barack Obama issued a clear warning to Pakistan, stating that he will be prepared to order military strikes against 'high-value terrorist targets' in Pakistan if there is 'actionable intelligence' of their presence. Obama added that the US would be prepared to strike even without Islamabad's permission.
