A court framed charges against a Defence Ministry official, H C Pant, for accepting a bribe of Rs 70,000 from undercover reporters during a sting operation in 2000-01. Three reporters of the news portal, Tehelka.com had conducted a sting operation to expose corruption in the defence deal procurements.
