Delhi police unhappy with decision to sideline Bedi

The Government's decision to name Yudhbir Singh Dadwal as the Delhi police chief ahead of Kiran Bedi has been resented by the constabulary and junior officers. The choice of Dadwal has been welcomed by the senior officers but has not gone down well with the bulk of the work force, comprising the juniour officers and constabulary who feel that Bedi would have made a tremendous difference to Delhi
