Court accuses Kohli of delaying extradition process

The petition filed by accused Maninder Pal Singh Kohli, challenging his extradition to the United Kingdom in connection with the Hannah Foster case, was reserved by the Delhi High Court. The court accused Kohli of delaying the extradition process and also refused to to accept Kohli's contention that he would not get fair trial in Britain as there is bias against Asian community.
