Rice to visit India to finalise Nuke deal: 123 Agreement

Following the marathon discussions between the Indian and the US negotiations teams last week on the 123 Agreement, the US Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, will visit India to finalise the nuclear deal and also to pave the the way for an official visit of the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to Washington.
