No evidence of Kafeel's terror links : Bangalore cops

The Bangalore police have claimed that the investigations conducted into Kafeel Ahmed's terror links have been inconclusive so far and they have been unable to ascertian if Kafeel is a part of any terrorist group or sleeper cell. However, the police say that they aren't giving Kafeel a clean chit either.
