Rising Rupee: Not good for the IT, BPO sector

The strengthening of the Indian Rupee vis-a-vis the US dollar, spells trouble for certain industries, namely the BPO and the IT sector. The rising Rupee is eating into the margins of these companies and in a bid to make good the loss, the employees will have to put in more hours.
