Delhi police chief faces threats, seeks security

The Delhi Police Commissioner K K Paul, has sought protection for himself and his family in the light of threats faced from Inspector Balbir Singh, who openly opposed the Delhi Police chief's action of suspending Devendra Manchanda, another inspector. Paul has been accused of victimising junior officers by Singh and others.
