The Swaminarayan Mandir, in Toronto, which will be inaugurated this Sunday, has been built at a cost of $40 million and has been completed in 18 months by craftsmen who used 24,000 hunks of Italian marble and Turkish limestone. It is one of the largest initiative of its kind ever undertaken by the Indian Canadian community.
