'Monica Bedi’s acquittal to be challenged' : Police

Shortly after show-cause notices were issued to two police officers in the Monica Bedi fake passport case, the police have decided to appeal against the the chief judicial magistrate's decision to acquit Monica due to lack of evidence. The prosecution would challenge the decision in the district and sessions court.
