Court verdict in Dalmiya vs BCCI case delayed

The Calcutta High Court's judgement on former BCCI chief Jagmohan Dalmiya's legal challenge to the BCCI's charges did not come on Friday. Dalmiya, who was expelled from the BCCI and then forced to resign as the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) president on charges of 'misappropriation of funds', took the battle to court.
