"Co-ruminating" can lead to depression in teen girls: study

As per the findings of researchers, studies show that excessively talking about problems with friends, or "co-ruminating," can result in increasing bouts of depression and anxiety in young girls. This in turn leads to more collective grumbling and creates a "vicious cycle" that feeds on itself.
