IBSA meet to be held in capital

A tri-lateral Foreign Minsterial meet will be held on Tuesday in Delhi by the ministers from India, Brazil and South Africa - the group which is referred to as IBSA. The meet which will be chaired by External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee is expected to enchance trade besides strengthening cooperation in energy defence and other fields.
