Kalam gifts horses to mentally retarded kids

Prez Kalam has gifted two horses to the mentally challenged children at the Central Institute of Mental Retardation (CIMR). The President, fulfilled the wish of the CIMR founder, Fr Thomas Felix in presenting the horses, as playing with horses helps sharpen the faculties of retarded children.
