Haneef's wife: Enquiry possible without detention

Firdous Arshiya, the wife of Mohamed Haneef, the Indian doctor detained by the Australian authorities in connection with the failed terror plot in the UK, said that her husband could have been interviewed by police while being allowed to carry out his normal activites instead of being detained by them.
